Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service
Please reach out to us via email or online chat before initiating a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide a quick resolution (e.g., replacement or compensation) or confirm return details to save you time.

2. Return the Item
Ensure the item is in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, and dust bags).
Use a cost-effective, trackable shipping method.
Keep the tracking number and provide the following information to customer service within 24 hours of shipping:

Shipping cost receipt

3. Refund Processing
Once the warehouse receives the return and confirms the item is in good condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (including your return shipping cost).
Note: Refunds will not be issued for items with damage, missing parts, or those that affect resale.
